November 5 is Election Day here in the US, and I urge you to vote regardless of your political beliefs.
Really! Go vote!!
Because voting means so much more than putting someone in office.
Voting is a declaration that you matter! And that what you want matters!
Many people over the years have told me that no single vote can make a difference, so voting is a waste of time.
But that’s like the saying that people (and relationships) can’t change.
It’s only true if you believe it.
So do you want your needs to matter?
